What is the name of your state? Michigan
We've lived next to a bully widow for 10 years and have always tried to get along. But im done with her.
We had our land surveyed when we bought the home, and was told that she is attatched to our back fence on the property line. But her fence runs at an angle all the way to the front of both properties. Ending up 6" on her property at the front. We recently asked her if she minded if we did some planting of flowers along the fence on our side (Just to be nice) She informed us that her fence is 3' on her property (This is not the case and i have the paperwork from when we bought the home to prove it) She said as long as nothing came through the fence to her side she was fine with it.
A week later she started cutting down flowers on our side of the fence, that were growing on her fence. To add insult she threw the cut flowers on our property and left it. Now she recently came to our side, and mowed down grass and flowers.

My question. Does she have that right to destroy (cut down) items on our side of the fence. The area in question is 1/3 of the way from the front where the 6" on her side is. The lot is about 200' deep and the amount of her property at this point cant be 6" if it runs at an angle.

**A: she does not have the right to trespass on your property and cut anything,
Review the survey and make sure that the area that she goes on is really your property.
