Hi, I'm on behalf of a good friend of mine who lives in Ontario, Canada.

She's registering with Cafepress and there's a lot of legal stuff that they're throwing at her regarding what she can sell and what she can't.

It seems to say here that:

General Guidelines for Prohibited Content

* Content that may infringe on the rights of a third a party.
* Items that make use of **** symbols or glamorize the actions of Hitler.
* Use of KKK or other marks based on hate towards another group of people.
* Hate and racial terms.
* Content that shows genitalia, sexual activity or frontal nudity.
* Content that exploit images or likeness of minors.
* Obscene and vulgar comments and offensive remarks that harass, threaten, defame or abuse others such as F*** (Ethnic Group).
* Content that depict violence, is obscene, abusive, fraudulent or threatening such as image of murder victims, morgue shots etc.
* Content that glamorize the use of "hard core" illegal substance and drugs such as a person injecting a vial of a substance in their body.
* Material that is generally offensive or in bad taste.

CafePress.com will determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether your content is in compliance with this Questionable Material and Prohibited Content Policy. Any content that is determined to be in the Gray Zone, will be subject to removal, in accordance with this policy, the CafePress.com Terms of Service and Shopkeeper Agreements.
But it never really describes what these things are. If I'm reading this right, it seems like these vague rules could technically allow them to forbid her to sell anything that they, or some third party, find offensive.

How do we know that we aren't being gypped?

EDIT: Also, there's this 'tax' section:

7. Compensation and Fees.

7.1 Tax Information. If you choose to sell Products "for-profit" through your Shop, you must provide your taxpayer information to CafePress.com as required by the IRS. If CafePress.com does not have current taxpayer information for you on file for a particular year, payments due to you under this Agreement will not be made to you until December 31st of such year, and all of such payments will be subject to a 30% backup withholding which will be submitted to the IRS.
She lives in Canada. What could be the laws regarding tax in this case?
