I emailed several questions and requests for information regarding a zoning issue to the village zoning inspector. The questions were to review permits that were issued to a neighbor on a garage that he was building in his back yard. The neighbor got copies of all of my emails because the village said they were public information and anyone could get them if they asked. Is this correct?
