What is the name of your state? ga Right now i have to write a letter to change the name of my business for the ein number. My thing is we have it listed as a partnership because there is 4 of us, but i want whats gonna be best for us. Whats the best thing to sign be listed as when you have partners but none of us want to be liable with personal assets if something happens??? and most important of all which is the best for taxes (basically paying less) ????
