detention pond in subdivision

What is the name of your state? Ga

I have a detention pond on my property. I and a neighbor share this ugly thing. My subdivision does not have a homeowners ass. Can the city clean this thing or even buy it from me? :confused: :(

I don't know. CAN they?

Have you asked? Have you reviewed your title docs to see who is reponsible to maintain the pond? Or talked to your municipality?


Have you considered running an aeration pump and adding anti algae treatments - pond maintenance? You can even get a solar pond pump, so you aren't using electricity.
