I would like to know if an 18 yr old is able to be wit a 15 year old girl that is almost 16 ..... she turns 16 on december 28 ......the guy turned 18 on june 6, is this illegal for them to be together?????????

you're 18 and your pregnant girlfriend is 15? you think her mom and stepdad are mad at her now? wait till she tells them she wants to move out with you. Be prepared for a visit from the police for statutory rape.

RCW 9A.44.079
Rape of a child in the third degree.
(1) A person is guilty of rape of a child in the third degree when the person has sexual intercourse with another who is at least fourteen years old but less than sixteen years old and not married to the perpetrator and the perpetrator is at least forty-eight months older than the victim.

(2) Rape of a child in the third degree is a class C felony.

Without knowing the birthdates of bonehead and his girlfriend, the above may apply if he was 18 while she was 14 and had sex. bonehead already posted another thread stating she is pregnant, but hasn't said how far along

He gave their birthdates, do the math. Less than 4 years difference in age.

(Edit, specifically, 31 months difference in age)

It appears so, guess they think that is an effective tactic

Guess they hope the same will work on her parents, too bad because they have a child in the middle of all of this, but Dad will have a couple of years to prove his fitness as a father.
