What is the name of your state? Texas
Has anybody had issues with PRSI(First Advantage Corporation) reporting criminal convictions more than 7 years old in violation of Texas Statute Chapter 20 Section?

Also, looking for others who have been denied employment or fired from AT&T Wireless or Applied Computer Systems due to a consumer report (background check) and the employer did not follow FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) procedures regarding pre-adverse and adverse action disclosures. Specifically providing a copy of the report or any other procedures.

I am looking to file a class action against all three companies.
