I was wondering if I could find a free form that gives me the rights to music performed on my cd by other musicians ..they will only receive a credit line in the cd j-card. Also I have people writing stories for me to use on the cd so I need a form that they give me either permission to use their work..or so I can have ownership of the work for a credit line only deal.
