What is the name of your state? MN

I have just accepted a settlement for a total loss of my vehicle. The other party involded was at fault and their insurance company is settling the claim. They made an offer on Wednesday of this week and on Friday I agree. I asked how long they would cover the rental and they stated only two days after they made the offer. My insurance company claims that they would provide three days after I accepted the offer. Does anyone know if their is a statute that indicates an insurance company's liability?

Yes, and there isn't one. It is purely up to the policy of the company.
