My niece has been arrested for battery[DV]. I am trying to figure out what all the legal stuff means on her jail information. She is handicapped from having her head beat open from ear to ear when she was 3. Can anybody tell me what the degree [MB] means and the type [CG & BW] and the disposition [FTF] ?? When it comes to the law I am lost.. I am trying to figure out if she is looking at doing some time in jail.
