What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? ONTARIO

Hello
I have registered a domain name which is/was not a registered trademark/corporate name. It consists of 2 parts either one of which is a registered trademark, but not the whole thing.
Now they are asking me how I want to resolve this issue. What are my rights and what should I tell them? Thank you
