I am 18 years old.
I'll make this short n sweet, and I know im stupid
I was caught peeing in a bush, officer saw me.
I came out he smelled alcohol on my breath
When he asked i told him i had a couple of beers.
When talking to the officer I never once slurred my speech, or anything, i was perfect and he didnt give me a breathalyzer
He took down my information and charged me with underage consumption.
This is my first charge ever. I've never been in trouble with the law before. Can I plea that this is my first offense and somehow get off without probation? or having my license suspended?
Will i get a reduced fine if I plead not guilty or enter a plea?
should i hire an attorney or anyone for my case?
What should I say if I do enter a plea or not guilty?
