What is the name of your state?Texas! what is the difference? or the benefits of being in a federal prison vs state.

You don't get to choose, you do a state crime you go to a state facility, you commit a federal crime you go to federal prison.

in federal prison you get a much better class of cellmates. they rape you but cuddle afterwards.
