I live in New York State. I'm in dispute over billing. I feel I'm being billed unfairly. I hired an Attorney, he hasn't been handling the case, he gave it to his paralegal. I called our local Bar association & have to write a letter explaining all that happened. Can you give me any advice On how to handle this matter. Thank you.
