Hi!
I am in California and have questions about trademarking.
I have a "saying/slogan" i want use on t-shirts, and possibly on magnets, keychains, etc.
What kind of trademark am I looking for and do I have to trademark in more than one "class"?
I am clueless and don't have the money to pay someone to do it for me at this point, so I would absolutely appreciate any advice on the best, most effective way to go about this.
