What is the name of your state? New York

I'm only 16 years old, as for many people my age we want to start thinking about working, getting a new "life", college and much more. I need to know which documents contain my social security # and how many of them.... i want to know this because i do not want any personal information about myself being left around incase it is accidently misplaced, lost etc etc. not only that most documents containing this information is usually needed to be in my posession when i leave to live on my own :)

This isn't something to be stressed about. At your age, the only places it's been used are your parent's tax records (every year), your health insurance company and providers, any investments your parents have made for you, possibly your school, the DMV, and anywhere you have been employed.

When you move out, take your social security card and you'll be set.
