I want to write a book on a subject using people's real life experiences. So if I have someone tell me in person or send me an email with their story, can I use it in my book? Do they have to sign something? Are they entitled to any royalties? Anything else I need to know?
I've been searching all over the web and this forum and can't find much. I'm not sure what topic this falls under.
