What is the name of your state? TEXAS

I was pulling out of my parking spot in the garage for the building in which I work. This car coming up the aisle THE WRONG WAY was about to zoom past me by the time I saw her I had to slam on my brakes. I didn't hear anything but there is a dent on her door. Is this my fault, or is she being negligent?

How is it that you didn't see her? Were you looking behind you?

Was the aisle you were pulling into one way only, or are there two lanes, one for each direction?

You normally have the responsibility to yield when pulling out of a space, even if the person is driving on the wrong side. Of course, if you were pulling into a one way aisle, you may possibly have an argument for no fault, but I am not a lawyer.
