You are an adult at age 18 ... and, you may be granted certain "adult" rights and responsibilities if granted emancipation by a court. But having a baby at 16 is rarely a good way of demonstrating responsibility for an emancipation hearing.

i don't really understand what you are saying. Can I get emancipated because of my baby. My mother is a real bad achloic and I really don't want my baby in that house what do i do.
