What is the name of your state?colorado i sold a my part of a company to my former partner due to lack of business at the time its been almost a year. how ever i found out recently that he was doing business with our customers directly rather then through the business that we shared at the time. after i sold the business to him i had to file bankruptcy and hand over the note to the courts.i feel like i was misled into selling out.
