What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? NY
After car was towed I found a sign "No Standing" zone. However sign was paint sprayed and you could barely see just "No" letters. All cars in this place had tickets when I got there. I got my ticket too for $115. In addition officer put a wrong street number on ticket. I made pictures of this sign and place where car was parked. I have no dreams to recover $185 tow fee ( you know NYC ) but can I fight for invalid ticket? Thank you

Let me ask you a question:
Is there such a thing as a "Standing Zone"? I have never seen one. When parking in an unfamiliar area, it is best to take a good hard look around. The sign may be half a block away, but it is still valid.
I doubt you can fight this at all. Save yourself more money and just buck up the cash.
JMO, I am not a serving member of any legal authority.
