I ordered service with AT&T online and set up my account for auto-billing every 30 days. I was billed for my first month of service on 9/21/04, and then billed again on 9/22/04. I contacted AT&T and they admitted that while they had made a mistake in billing me, that they were only willing to issue me airtime credit. They absolutely refused to credit my card for the overcharge. Do I have any legal recourse?
