Help emancipation info needed for state of Ohio!!

i have a cuzin that is 16 dating a 17 year old.. who is pregant! he has been missing a lot of school and not going home at nite.. I was wondering if his Mother is able to kick him out and have him emancipated? his mom has been fighting with him for a little over a year now.. and as for missing school its can be anywhere from 1 day to the whole week or weeks at a time.

all the info that can be given will be great and Thank you a head of time.

Mom should have the court declare him a person in need of supervision and send him to Juvie.
