So, her Insurance Co. will pay to fix my car, even though I don't have Insurance.

if she is at fault, sure they will.

however, you do risk having the accident reported to the DMV by her insurance company. The DMV will then suspend your license when they find out you were not insured. your license will be suspended for 6 months. you will then need to show proof of insurance to get it reinstated.
