What is the name of your state? Utah

In my husbands Divorce papers it reads, Each parent is ordered to share equally all reasonable and necessary uninsured medical expenses, including deductibles, copayments, and insurance premiums incurred for the dependent children and actually paid by parents. My husband has them on his insurance through his employer, his ex-wife should be paying half of his premium, right?

Wrong. The insurance itself is not uninsured medical costs. Uninsured medical costs include co-pays for prescriptions, office visits, etc.

Except, VG, the order apparently specifies premiums. In which case, if that's actually in the order, the ex has to pay her share of them.

Word for word it says, Each parent is ordered to share equally all reasonable and necessary uninsured medical expenses, including deductibles, copayments, and insurance premiums incurred for the dependant children and actually paid by the parents.

In that case it looks like she has to pay 1/2 of the children's share of the premiums....UNLESS, it was built into the child support calculations (insurance often is) or unless he has a family plan and her children don't increase the cost of the plan.
