What is the name of your state? California..
:p
Since bigamy is considered a crime, does anyone know the penalty, do both parties get charged (the one already married and the one getting married) and is there a statute of limitations?

Not sure about most of this, but if the person getting married knows the person he/she is marrying is already married, then it would be considered a crime. The problem is proving it one way or the other. It could be a he said/she said situation.

Bigamy should be legalized. After all, stupidity isn't a crime. And any man who wants more than one wife deserves what he gets :D:D:D
