Estranged Wife is Using My Independent Bank Account

My stepson's estranged wife has somehow found out his personal bank account info and pin #, on his latest account. She has ordered checks, changed the mailing address, forged these checks and is ruining him financially! Is there anything we can do to stop her? She has done this three times before. The prior banks asked him if he wanted her prosecuted and he told them yes! Yet, apparently nothing has been done! She is still doing this, among other things: Screwed up his college account; redirected his mail from his place where he was staying; vandalized and broke into his sister's truck, when he was using it and stole alot of the evidence he had on her; lied and has had him thrown in jail, claiming that he physically abused her...when she was the one whom attacked him (He's partially disabled). This woman has become a "Fatal Attraction" scenario.

What, if anything can we do? We're going to the newest bank today to try to stop her once again! What info do we need to get from the bank? Should this all be taken to the local District Atty's Office? Is not some of this "felonies"?

Please help with any advice ASAP! Unfortunately, he has learned a valuable lesson the hard way and is beginning to look into divorce or annulment proceedings. They've been married less than one year!

Yes he needs to take this to the law and do it now! He needs to stop putting money in that bank and close the account. He needs to put everything in writing - making phone calls will not protect him.
