What is the name of your state? Calif
Five years ago an agreement was signed between myself as an independent contract sales rep and a manufacturer of retail products. A couple of years ago, the company filed Chapter 11, ended up getting new investors and buying out the "old" company and changing the name of the company, though same officers. We have continued work as usual since this company has been back up and running, however, we never signed a new agreement with the new company name. Are the terms of my contract still valid and enforceable?
