I've been married for 4 months. My husband has been abondoning me on several occassions and cursing at me. I gave him a choice to leave and he said that he wants a divorce. He left the apartment we have been renting and took all of his clothes but left the furniture that he brought with him when we married. He is supposedly filing for divorce. I asked him when he is picking up the rest of the furniture and he says that he doesn't know.
Let me know what my rights are. Can this marriage be annuled? Or on what grounds can I get a divorce?
