What is the name of your state? - PA

My employer todl me there was a SEP upon hiring. Never gave me any forms, showed me eligiblity requireemtns.. anythuing.

Upon termination i realzie that another EE there was eligible after 3 months of employment (i worked 14 months).

The ER made contributions both years i was there (tax years).

Can he make more restrictive eligibility requirements for me (ie. worked at least 3 of last 5 years) or am I eligible due to him making less restrictive for other EEs.

What rights do I have?

to clarify - when HE made deposits, they were only for himself. Not for me (since he never gave me account) and not for other EEs that DO have accounts.
