What is the name of your state? New York

I am going to purchase a second hom ein the Adirondacks and rent it out during the winter and summer seasons. What type of Insurance aside from Home owners do I need to cover myself incase of damages. :)

Renters are required to sign a damage waiver and I already have a 1,000,000 umbrella policy.
