What is the name of your state?

Illinios

If U.S. Postal Mail is delivered to your place of business that is addressed specifically to you and the management at this place of business confiscates your mail and/or destroys your mail is this not considered "mail theft?"

I asked this because I have been hearing about employees trying to send union information to their fellow employees at work, but when management finds out the letters are union related they confiscate and/or destroy the mail.

Is this not illegal?

Thanks,
