What is the name of your state? CA

Can someone please tell me if Illegal Aliens have a RIGHT to sue under the ADA discrimination laws? I do not mean employment discrimination. I mean access discrimination against businesses???

the business access rights apply to people not citizens. However, by filing suit, the illegal alien does expose themself to being deported.
