What is the name of your state?new york state. My contractor case was in the hands of an Attorney, until we had a disagreement.The amount, under $10,000.00.We will be going to County Civil Court with the case. I might have difficulty finding an Attorney to take over the case, & will be representing my self. Can any one give be any advice on how to handle a disposition, which will probably be next month. Is the interview given under oath? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
