What is the name of your state? Utah.
I filed for divorce and my husband only opposes two things in the filing that I can choose to drop. Can my attorney change those things so that my husband does not need to respond to the court (let it go uncontested), or does he need to respond to the court stating that he objects to those things and let the court deal with it? Also, when he resopnds to the court, can it be a simple letter, or does it need to be a leagal document drwan up by an attorney?
