What is the name of your state? TX
My husband of 8 years and I had our final divorce hearing 3 weeks ago and he past away last weekend. I have not received the final decree. The judge has not signed it to my knowledge. And according to Tx state law a divorce is not final until 30 days after the judge has signed. So my question is, do I qualify for survivor benefits?
