I was wondering if anyone can give me information on the rights a 66 year old woman with a grandson on title 8 living in equal housing apartments that is being evicted on 500 dollar charges in damages. She assures that the damages can be fixed by a local church group as she dose not have the money to pay for the costs. Also can someone tell me what the law is on how often a carpet should be replaced in low income apartments? I realize I am being very vague on this subject as I am pressed for time. But if more info is needed please ask.
-Thank you.
