i am not the one accused. but a friend of mines
was working at a loan company and she had done
some fraudulent loans so he could take the money
and put on other loans in the office to move what
they call bad debt
he already has a misdemeanor on his record
for theft by shoplifting and just got 6 mon probation
and paid a fine of 350 dollars about 3 yrs ago
they have issued a warrant for him
he will be turning hisself in is that good
for him to do that?
and what will probably happen to him
