I work for a DSL company that has been wholesaling DSL for the past 6 years. We are partnered with Verizon, and they charge us $34.95 a circuit per month. Recently they have been selling their own DSL for $29.95 a month, when 6 months ago they were selling it for $39.95. Is this considered preditory pricing, and is this legal? There is no way we can make any kind of profit if we lower our prices to match theirs since they are charging us $34.95.

Read your contract...

Sometimes, the reseller contract does include words to the effect that if they lower their price, it applies to you also. Read the fine print in your agreement...you're probably screwed, but if you have a cause for complaint, that's where it will be...
