Am I legally seperated, now that I have filed divorce?

I have filed divorce, we have been to a provisional hearing where no orders have been made by the court. Am I legally seperated? And do I have the right to date someone else?

Indiana is a no fault state, nothing has ever stopped you from dating... not even your vows.

Yes, you are allowed to date even with children are involved. You just have to make sure it's done responsibly and that is now and later.
