What is the name of your state? California.I'm planning to retire, have been divorced and remarried over the last 4 years and still paying spousal support thru a wage assignment. When I called Calpers and inquire about retiring they told me there's a hold on my account and they won't activate any plan until they receive a court order that removes the Hold.I need to know the steps to follow to activate the proccess, thanks.
