What is the name of your state? Massachusetts
I was at a Casino and we were heading toward the doors. The place was dark, and we were lost. But we were going down one of the slot aisles and a lady had turned around her chair and placed her feet into the aisle. I didn't see them and tripped or possibly stepped on them. I turned around to see if she was ok and she gave a slight nod and we headed toward our destination. About a 1/2 hour later I saw a flash of a camera and I turned to see the lady about 20 feet away walking away from me.
I'm just wondering if I have anything to worry about as far as a legal issue because of it. She didn't get any personal information or anything from me, but we were staying in to casino so I dunno if they would provide her with that information. Maybe I'm just overly worried, because she did nod she was ok, but the picture snap got me worried because I dunno if she will hunt me down to sue because her foot was injured.
