Doctor tell me what I need to Know

Ok my Doctor had me to get blood work dun and the he would wright out my meds after a year he said i was to get blood work dun every 90 days but did not tell this till today and stoped my meds is there any thing I can do and why did he not tell me this up frount

You can post this question on a legal advice site and you can't ask your doctor questions when you're face to face with him?!
