failed drug test

My boyfriend is on probation. He had to check in today and they gave him an urine test. He failed. They immediately took him to jail.

Does anybody know what happens next?

He'll probably stay in jail. Find a new boyfriend.

What drug did he fail for ?

Since he violated probation, he will probably have to serve his original sentence and then some. If there was no original sentence, then he will probably be charged and given a sentence. Off to jail, won't pass go, won't collect a kiss from you.

Utah, It depends on his agent. Does he have a good relationship with his agent? It is totally up to the agents discretion.
