I am sorry. I don't understand? That was my question.
You asked "Does anyone know if E-mails can be used as "evidence" of things said between parties? and my answer was yes.
What you failed to ask was, "Can e-mails be submitted into evidence in court?" to which the answer is "Yes, No and maybe".
It depends entirely on the content of the e-mails, what proof you have that the person they are intended to be used against actually sent them, the judge and for what they are being used.
In other words, unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a party to the action sent them and they are relevant to the subject at bar, they are worthless.
