If someone is suing us because he has "issues" (however unfounded) for work we did on his house, and also suing another subcontractor for "issues" he has with his work, refuses to pay the electrician (again, "issues") or pay the pool company the balance on his pool and is refusing to pay a commercial contractor any of the $200,000 he owes them ("Issues") isn't this character committing fraud and is there any way we can use this in court to help our case? At what point will the courts stop allowing this nut job to continually sue people?
