I went to an aesthetics school about 4 years ago and the tuition was approx. $4500. I only signed up for one loan. Some time after that I began getting two payment bills. I paid both.
I just found out that the school received two payments for my schooling and they NEVER tried to contact me about this. They kept both tition payments. I paid on both loans and I want to sue them and SLM Financila, who sent them payment without my permission. They also harrassed me for payment.
What type of attorney should I consult?
