What is the name of your state? NH

Is anyone aware of any legal reason's divorce certificate CANNOT be issued pending appeal to supreme court on one issue (medical insurance) No party is contesting the divorce itself. Ongoing since early 2002. Final orders were given 6-2004.

It is not uncommon, we have the same rules here, because the final orders involve the complete scope of your divorce and that went to appellate court for review it is probably in the courts best interest to wait and see what they say before completing the process.
