What is the name of your state? Washington State

Charges are Assault 4th degree, his 1st offense.

I want to have the charges dropped, however the proscutor will not drop them. He did not assault me, but he did hit my car.

Also a no-contact order is in place, and I want it dropped, I am going to have an appt with the proscutor on 11/12/04

Need advice on how to get them to drop charges against him?

Unless you die or move out of state and never return, you have no power or influence to have the charges dropped. You are what is called a "recanting victim". Happens a lot in domestic violence cases.

You felt it important enough to call the police when your boyfriend was attacking you, but now you want it all to go away? Does your boyfriend support you or your kids?
