Hello, my question is whether to modify the bankruptcy of the marital home before or after the divorce is finalized (I'm not a resident any longer) or depend on the Divorce judge's decision which should be in the near future. Now the Divorce judge has ordered a home appraisal due by December 17, 2004. So please advise. Thanks
